Rhinoplasty

Patient had severe distortion and nasal obstruction from previous rhinoplasty. In this revision rhinoplasty, Dr. Kim grafted structural cartilage to restore normal architecture and strength to nose.

Revision rhinoplasty. This San Francisco patient had severe injury many years previous and an attempt at correction with small rib graft reconstruction. Original graft was too small and was replaced by Dr. Kim with a larger rib graft placed to the bridge and tip of the nose. Much better appearance and breathing resulted. 

This Bay Area woman had previous rhinoplasty but wished that the tip of her nose was less prominent.  Dr. Kim performed a finesse revision rhinoplasty to reduce the prominance of the tip. 

This Bay Area man had severe trauma to his nose.  Despite a previous rhinoplasty, he continued to have breathing problems and instability of the nasal framework. Dr. Kim used rib cartilage to re-support the nose, improve the breathing, and smooth the irregular contours of the nose.
